Return/Exchange Policy, Shipping & Privacy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we ask that your returned items be intact and free of any signs of wear.

We will process your returns within 1-2 weeks and issue your refund using your original payment method. Just follow our steps to get your return started and issue credit back on your card.


Steps:

Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. This is the original brand packaging in which the item was wrapped, not the box or bag in which the items were shipped.

Please include a note why your returning the item(s)  that has your name, contact information, order number, and what you would like (exchange or refund) and any other information we may need.

If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. If you do not have the original box, please use a sturdy packaging to prevent in transit damage to the item. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.

To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured, and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEX, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary.

Please write your order # on the outside of the shipping box or envelope so we can process your return faster.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Merchandise found damaged and/or soiled with obvious wear or with any of the original tags removed will be subject to a 25% processing fee and issued store credit.  Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion and issued store credit.

Please note:

Ci Wear refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.

Clearance, special sale items, and Free Gifts with Purchase are final sale and non-returnable.
